We are pleased to be able to offer job search assistance for pre-release and already released inmates for any location in the USA.
RCSNOW.ORG has added an employment initiative to provide a job listing service for soon to be released inmates both federal and state. This listing will afford the opportunity to contact prospective employers and give any parole officer the confidence that you are proactively pursuing post incarceration requirements for employment, usually as specified in sentencing conditions. This Service will be available to inmates as soon as 18 months before projected release and to the already released looking for a better job and increased income. As you may have heard or read, the job market is booming and stressed for employees. Many employers have relaxed requirements for employing felons and some will not even ask if you are on probation. You may be surprised by the good jobs, better wages, and upward mobility afforded ex-offenders.
