The latest proposals are not different from the ones previously failed in the Congress. Mr. Bey reiterates his Follow The Money observations and expects nothing from these, just as in the past. I called Mr. Bey as I thought I might have not received the final page of his “My View” but he informed me that he had finished as it was, and would be further addressed in subsequent Views.
